It couldn't be easier to place an order with us. All the products we sell are stocked in our warehouse in Yerevan, Armenia, and we take great care in packing international shipments. 1. In your Shopping Bag click Checkout.
2. Enter your deliverable shipping address (sorry, no PO Boxes) and click Continue.
Please note that orders shipped outside of Armenia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When your order is dispatched (usually within 1-3 business days after the payment) we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information and your order details. With your tracking information you will be able to track your package on the courier’s website at www.dhl.com . You can also track the status of your order online at www.benupen.com. Click on Track Order at the top of the page to see your Recent Orders.
3. Check your email address and click Continue.
4. You will be redirected to the 2Checkout online payment form, where after reviewing your cart and filling your billing information you will be able to choose a payment method (PayPal or Credit card).
5. After the payment, please check your mailbox - you should receive an order confirmation email and a receipt of your payment.
Your order will be prepared for shipment as soon as possible. This is the start of that awful waiting period between placing an order and actually receiving the package. Don’t worry, we won’t let you wait too long. Most orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days. In the meantime, you can go tell all your friends the news of your latest BENU purchase, or refresh your email like a mad person while waiting for the shipment confirmation email :-).
