We Ship Worldwide!
We ship globally by DHL shipping service at a FLAT RATE - $28. That's right! Whether you buy one item or our entire inventory, you will pay the same delivery charge. There is no minimum, no maximum, and no product exclusions.
Our warehouse is based in Yerevan, Armenia, and ships Monday through Friday. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-4 business days after an order is placed.*
* Please note that our company will be closed from 1st to 31st August 2023. Any orders received after July 25th will be shipped during the first week of September.
As soon as your item has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification email from the carrier containing tracking information. Once you receive your Shipment Notification, you will be able to use the tracking information on the DHL website to check for delivery estimates. It usually takes 3-7 business days for an order to arrive, but delivery dates might vary slightly depending on your location and the customs clearance procedure in your country.

Please note that orders shipped outside the Republic of Armenia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Import taxes and additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; we regret that we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
RETURN & REFUND
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your item and wish to return it to us, you may do so within 30 days. We regret to inform you that if 30 days have passed by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Thank you for your understanding.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within one business day.
Late or missing refunds:
Our sincere apologies for any delayed refunds. If you’ve yet to receive your refund, please check first with your bank or credit card company for any held funds. If the funds are not held by your bank or credit card company, please contact us at info@benupen.com, and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
Exchanges:
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@benupen.com and send your item to: Gh. Parpetsi Street, bldg. 22, STE 1, Yerevan, 0002, Armenia.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, and any shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable. If you receive a refund and shipping costs haven’t been paid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We do our best to ensure the rapid delivery of all exchanged products.
If you are shipping an item over $81, perhaps consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
