Our main commitment is your satisfaction and from now on All BENU products purchased after January 1, 2020* will be guaranteed with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Since it may take several months to sell through inventory with the old warranty policy printed on the packaging, we will honor the lifetime warranty for all BENU products purchased after January 1, 2020, regardless of which warranty level is assigned on the product packaging.
If found to be defective any BENU product will be repaired or replaced free of charge. You are responsible for transportation costs, including but not limited to postage, insurance and packing materials. Any product that is no longer in production and/or cannot be repaired will be replaced by a comparable BENU product
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover routine maintenance, ordinary wear and tear arising from use of the product, or damage that may arise from accidental or intentional misuse or abuse, alteration or customization, or repair by unauthorized party. The fountain pens warranty also does not cover damage that is caused by the use of inks not clearly identified as suitable for fountain pen.
How to Obtain Service
To obtain Warranty Service, please contact the BENU authorized dealer from which you purchased the product or contact us directly at email@example.com. You may be required to provide a purchase receipt (or copy) to show that the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. Please refer the authorized dealer list HERE.
